Usage

GRTAnalyze <file> [verbose 0:1 [<opt: analysis filename>]]

Options

<file> File to analyse

<opt: analysis filename> File to write analysis results to

verbose {0 | 1} set verbosity level

Example

GRTAnalyze ./parts/SHA1-len6-idx0-chr95-cl50000-sd2219471784-0-v2.part
