Ehm... any web designers want to take a stab at a new UI?

If anyone is interested in contributing a new web UI framework, I would be happy to give them a large number of crack credits for it.
I would like a framework that can handle articles for the main page, as well as a similar framework for the actual cracking system.
Thoughts?
