sap password hashes

Postby marsman007 » Sun Oct 09, 2011 2:55 pm

Any plans on embedding the sapb/sapg algorithms (http://marc.info/?l=john-users&m=121444075820309)?
Would be nice to CUDA these...

thanks,

I don't currently have support, but I will look into it!

How important is it? :) I'm easy to motivate highly with donations of GPUs...

Hi Bitweasil,

Thank you for your promt reply.
Trying to crack sapb/sapg (or any other algorithm) is a kind of hobby for me.
I am currently trying to crack sapb with JTR with (~1mio per core on Q9300). This takes forever.... It would be nice to see that CUDA can perform better!!

Wouldn't it be nice to beat JTR?? ;-)

Thanks,

Oh, I'm sure it will be faster. But I'm only one weasel, and there's a lot to code up! :)
