Need help for Table-Setup

I need some help with the Table-Setup for the GPUGen.
I want to test the GPUGen while creating a little Tableset like NTLM mixalpha#8. I used the Advanced Rainbowtable Calculator to find the best setup. I decided to create 200 little tables which i want to merge to 4 tables. The chainlength should be 200000 and the chaincount 9394403. But i'm not sure if this setup is correct and good enough for a fast Cryptanalysis. Another question is, what index should i use? I'm not so high skilled in Rainbow-Cryptanalysis but i want to improve my skills so please help me by this setup.

The index is only needed if you are creating separate table sets.
