Table Mirrors, please!

Postby Bitweasil » Sun Jul 04, 2010 3:36 am

In preparation for the release, I could use a few good mirrors for the tables (torrents).

To contribute, please go to http://cryptohaze.com/gpurainbowtables.php and mirror what you can.

Thanks!

do you want to upload the tables to my hotfile or megaupload premium account instead?
I'd gladly PM you my login details.

Though it will require the files to be broken into 2GB parts, since they don't allow 11GB uploads.

I'm not sure the best way to break the files into bits. Possibly rar parts?

For now, I'd say let's try torrents. I've worked out a few seed boxes for now, and I plan to add web seeding support at some point here (and update the torrent files).

If that doesn't work well, then I'll look at some of the hosting services.

hey i bitweasil, I downloaded MD5-idx1-chr95-cl200000-perfect.grt speed was great over torrent.

Anyhow, could you possibly RAR the tables, since it does 62% pack on Normal mode which i guess is considerable saving.

I'm going to pack up into 488MBs and upload onto filehosts if thats ok with you? I think thats going to equate to 18 or so parts not sure still packing them up atm, i added 10% Recovery record though i guess its going to take me awhile to upload at home only have 100KBs up.

Oh, and nice work generating them ;)

That's a good point, I should zip them or something.

I'll see what I can do.
