I have used the NT-Hash I received from the SAM/System Files. I am trying to enter this but it will not accept it. any help would be appreciated.

Few things.

Don't use "-h/NTLM" - that's not supported. Use "-h NTLM" or "-h=NTLM"

Second, you put your hashes in a file (one hash per line), and use -f=[filename] as the command line option - you don't put the hash on the command line.

Loweralpha numeric? Full charset? What specific character set are you using?

And either way, "Ages."

(charset size ^ password length) / (step rate) seconds.

That should give you a ballpark figure.
