Looks like i have this version of Nvidia
NVRM: loading NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 295.49
It looks like the latest version is 295.59 which came out today.

295 should be new enough. Hm...

I couldnt install 295.59 so i've installed 295.53

Can you post an entire run with the "--noopencl --nocpu --debug" command line flags?
If I can't figure it out there, I'll fire you a full debug build.
