The main server arrived, and is online, but the GPUs are still a few weeks out.
Perpetual delays on them.
I'm working on the new site layout. Unfortunately, "real work" has picked up and I'm spending most of my time lately tracking down MySQL table lock issues and scaling a rapidly growing web app.
Hoping to get time to work on it this weekend, though I've said that the last few weeks too.

Nothing's been happening with it.
I'm quitting my current PHP job in exchange for something more interesting/better paying. This may free up some time.

Back to fiddling with this on my weekends, planning to focus on the RT code for a bit & see if I can hack up something releasable.
