There is suppose to be a fifth table but a little accident happened as you can probably see and guess what happened.
So i'll upload what i've done so far then generate a fifth table and maybe generate another a few more chains for indexes 1,2,3.

The fifth table should hopefully bring the success rate to 99.96 with a 1 miss in 24xx
I did a quick test on the tables seems pretty quick, takes roughly 30 sec each table to find my hash with a random hash i used. If anyone is wondering 96-98 million chains were generated for index 1,2,3 and 146 mln i think was generated for index 4.

I thought I'd generated some NTLM tables... huh. Apparently I forgot to seed it. :)

Anyway, once these are up, I'll set up a torrent and stick them on my seed boxes.

bfPoint = 16.34 //pretty useless tables if you ask me... and this is because of the small keyspace 2^39,
you need to use small chain lengt(s) at this level. for a bfpoint of 10000 for example you could have used a chain length of 6k ..versus 150k ;)

perfectTableWorkFactor ~= 1.561210682822
table index 1 success rate = 0.787652
table index 2 success rate = 0.788216
table index 3 success rate = 0.787839
table index 3 success rate = 0.796634
table set success rate = 0.99805963 ( miss 1 in 515.366 )

Next time it would be nice to have more benchmarks, generation time etc.
