Can anybody recommend a good tutorial on generating rainbow tables?

I guess I'd have to learn the terminology, etc. Can anybody recommend a few good links, etc?

Well, for starters, read up on rainbow tables.

And then, I suppose while I'm on a plane this week, I can write up some tutorial stuff for the wiki. Any volunteers to help refine/edit my ramblings?
